Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to reserve your trip and secure the seats designated for your party. By submitting a deposit or providing a verbal commitment by email or text message, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:

More than 45 days before the scheduled trip: Cancellations may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, subject to the terms of this policy.

Within 45 days of the scheduled trip: Deposits are non-refundable, unless the seats reserved by your party can be filled by another customer.

Within 30 days of the scheduled trip: If you cancel and we are unable to fill the seats reserved by your party, you are responsible for the full cost of the scheduled trip, regardless of whether a deposit has already been paid.

Weather or water conditions: If the trip cannot safely proceed due to weather or water conditions, as determined by the guide, your deposit will be transferred to a mutually agreed-upon future date. Such a transfer is not considered a cancellation by the customer.

By submitting a deposit or confirming your reservation through email or text message, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the cancellation policy above and accept responsibility for any applicable cancellation charges.
